Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Furniture that has been assembled or custom-made is not eligible for return.

- Gift cards
- Clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Assembled or used furniture.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to improper use, assembly, or negligence.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization number if eligible.
Return Shipping
The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. Lexistara may cover return shipping costs in certain situations, such as if the item is faulty or the wrong item was shipped.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate the return process as mentioned above. After we receive the returned item, you can place a new order for the desired furniture piece.
Refund Policy
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days and automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
- In cases of items that are damaged or have missing parts not due to our error, we may issue a partial refund.
Restocking Fees
Lexistara does not charge restocking fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@lexistara.com. Cancellations
